Concept
The creative approach focused on capturing scale, motion, and authenticity within a challenging desert environment, using in-camera cinematography as the foundation. Visuals were carefully curated to maintain consistency in color, exposure, and contrast while supporting a clear narrative arc.
A controlled CGI sandstorm, built in Houdini, was layered in post to enhance atmosphere without compromising realism. VFX was used deliberately to elevate storytelling, reinforce continuity across shots, and demonstrate how post-production decisions can improve clarity, cohesion, and overall image quality.
